Spreading Wings – Future Expansion

Expansion Project
The Digboi Renery is set to expand its capacity from 0.65 MMTPA to 1.0
MMTPA, with completion expected by March 2026 at an investment of INR
768.4 crore. This expansion will include technological upgrades and is guided
by an in-house conguration study by IndianOil’s Process Design and
Engineering Cell (PDEC), reecting a commitment to self-reliant growth.

Economic Impact

The expansion will create job opportunities in construction and operations,
boost the local economy, and support community development through
enhanced CSR initiatives and skill development programs.
